It has always been the vision of the Government of Dominica to revolutionize the housing conditions in the nation.
For more than a decade, the Housing Revolution Programs of Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has been providing thousands of affordable houses for Dominicans.
With two major natural disasters hitting the island nation in 2015 and 2017, the Government took action to rebuild and construct climate-resilient homes through funding from the country’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme.
Truly, the housing programme has evolved in the quality of houses being built.
To date, more than a thousand homes have been handed over to Dominicans and MMC Development Ltd., and through the mandate of the Government of Dominica, MMC Development is continuously building fully integrated housing communities.
