In line with the Government’s vision to revolutionize the housing for all, MMC Development Ltd was tasked to develop housing project in the East Coast specifically in the communities of Castle Bruce, La Plaine, Delices, Grand Fond, and San Sauveur.

Each location has 2 buildings consisting of nine (9) one-bedroom units, twenty (20) two-bedroom units, and four (4) three-bedroom units with a total of sixty-six (66) apartment units per location.

All structures are designed to withstand hurricanes and seismic forces. All five projects are completed and handed over.
