The Pointe Michel Housing Development is also part of the 2022 housing initiatives by the government. 

MMC Development Ltd has partnered with local contractors to build five (5) standalone housing units and two (2) apartment complex. Each unit will have three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry area and a porch.
