The Cotton Hill Housing Development is composed of nine (9) buildings.

Each building have twenty-four (24) two-bedroom and forty-four (44) three-bedroom linear apartment units, built with a modern and pristine design that complements the environment of Portsmouth, Dominica.

Like the other housing projects, the Cotton Hill apartments are constructed with reinforced concrete, impact-resistant windows, and solar water heating features. Project is fully completed and handed over to beneficiaries.
