The Woodford Hill Housing Development is also part of the 2022 housing initiatives by the government. 

MMC Development Ltd has partnered with local contractors to build eight (8) standalone housing units and (2) two-storey building units. Each unit will have three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry area and a porch.
