In 1984, the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis established the world’s first Citizenship by Investment Programme.
As the oldest and most established of its kind globally, the scheme offers citizenship to reputable individuals and their families through a robust and efficient due diligence process. Citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis gain visa-free access to over 150 countries and territories.

Applicants may apply to become a citizen by making a one-off contribution to SKN's Sustainable Growth Fund or by investing in pre-approved real estate projects.
Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)
SGF is the most secure and straightforward route to economic citizenship in St Kitts and Nevis.
SGF represents the ongoing advancement of
St Kitts and Nevis to realise its potential as a prospering
a small-island nation with an accelerating economy.
There are two routes available for applicants seeking to qualify for citizenship:
(1) by investing in a pre-approved real estate project,
(2) for a limited time only, through the purchase of qualifying private residential property starting at
Alternative Investment Option (AIO)
AIO is the newest form of investment under the Citizenship by Investment Programme. It facilitates investment in qualified infrastructural and other projects which are developed or will be developed by Private Enterprise Developers (PEDs) and Public Good Project Developers (PGPDs).
