Required Documents
Our service includes assistance in the completion of all documentary requirements and filling out necessary forms to ensure a smooth and simplified application process. Please note the below list is to be used as a guideline only, after initial consultation and assessment, our representatives prepare a personalized checklist for additional convenience
- Certified copy of your current passport(s) showing name, photo, nationality, date and place of issue, expiry date, passport number and issuing country
- Eight (8) original and latest passport size photos (35 x 45 mm) (digital is preferred)
- Certified copy of applicants national ID (for the whole family members)
- Certified copy of birth certificate / proof of birth
- Police record from country of birth, country of citizenship, country of residence (if different), and any country in which the applicant has resided for more than six (6) months in the past ten (10) years for each applicant 16 years old and above
- Certified copy of marriage or divorce certificate (if applicable)
- Medical certificate including HIV test, urine test, and blood test not older than 3 months
- Certified copy of Military Records (if applicable)
- Certified copy of proof of name change (if applicable)
- Original bank reference letter not older than 6 months
- Original reference letter (from lawyer, notary public, chartered accountant or other professional of similar standing) not older than 6 months
- Certified copy of company license or commercial register if self-employed
- Experience letter if employed
- Financial statement
- Resume
- Vaccination book (for children age 5 and below)
