Application Process
Applications for Citizenship cannot be lodged directly at the Citizenship-by-Investment Unit, instead it can only be handled by registered and duly authorized firms like Montreal Immigration Services
- Step 1: Preparation of documents and application forms
- Step 2: Submission of application complete documents and forms to the CBI Unit
- Step 3: Processing of the application and due diligence background check
- Step 4: After initial approval, the stipulated investment should be deposited
- Step 5: Upon final approval, each applicant is required to sign an Oath of Allegiance
- Step 6: Certificate of Naturalization (CON) will be issued to the agent and applicant
- Step 7: Passport application and issuance
