After the developments of Bellevue, East Coast, and West Coast Housing Project, the Government of Dominica has once again embarked to build new housing projects in order to continue providing hurricane resilient housing facilities to all its citizens as well as continue the road to become the first hurricane resilient nation in the world.

One of these is the Grand Bay Housing Project or the Nurse Charles Housing project in Berekua, Dominica.

The development has four (4) buildings. Three buildings have eight (8) three-bedroom units, and one building has six (6) three-bedroom units.

All thirty (30) housing units are 848 sq. ft. in area with own balcony.

The Grand Bay Housing Development is located across Pierre Charles Secondary School which brings easier access to education.

All units are handed over.
