The multifaceted Georgetown Housing Development Project has brought transformation to Portsmouth, the second largest town in Dominica.

Georgetown is planned to have 2 phases:

• Phase 1 includes twenty-four (24) two-bedroom residential units and forty-four (44) three-bedroom residential units
• Phase 2 will include commercial and government units.

To date, the residential complex has been handed over and a state-of-the-art primary health center is operational.
