MAHAUT PRIMARY SCHOOL

Due to the severe damage caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017, Mahaut Primary School was deemed unusable. Classes have since been held in the nearby community centre.

The previous structures were demolished to make way for the construction of two new climate-resilient buildings.

Upon completion, the modern, climate-resilient structures will have well-ventilated classrooms, a cafeteria, contemporary washroom facilities on every floor, a staff lounge, a fully equipped auditorium, a computer room, a library and administrative offices.
